Walls and ceiling bays were insulated with fiberglass batts after framing and rough openings were set. Areas were left accessible for mechanical rough-ins, ceiling penetrations, and drywall prep.
Interior Demolition and Framing Exposure
Selective demolition opened wall and ceiling framing to verify structure and plan the new layout. Exposed studs, bracing, and wiring provide access for reroutes and rough-in prep.
