Hallway and Bedroom Finish Prep

Bathroom Shower Tile and Niche

Shower walls are tiled with a recessed niche completed to verify joints, edge details, and waterproof penetrations. The installation is staged for grouting and final plumbing trim-out.

Interior walls and ceiling framing are in place with open spans ready for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in. The photo documents framing alignment, openings, and access conditions before insulation and drywall installation

Shower Waterproofing Installation

Cement backer board panels and waterproofing materials are installed and sealed at all seams within the shower enclosure. This stage documents moisture-control work prior to tile installation in a residential bathroom remodel.

Exterior Stucco Surface Preparation
