RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

Key stages of of a residential renovation project, including initial inspections, interior demolition, and preparation for remodeling across kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Shaker Cabinets Before Finish Work

Cabinetry installation is complete and the room is staged for countertops, paint, and finish carpentry. The photo documents alignment, clearances, and layout conditions before appliances and final hardware.

Exterior Stucco Surface Preparation

Exterior walls were wrapped with super Jumbo Tex weather-resistive barrier and wire lath in preparation for stucco application.

OSB wall sheathing is in place with new Milgard windows set and flashed for weather resistance. Openings and penetrations are prepped for WRB, trim, and siding.
